For each team we need to know who they are, how many male/ female for the rankings, and if they have it, their ISAF Sailor ID… oh and their email.
Nice if teams could submit this electronically… but if not please get the form completed in legible printing..

2014 EVENT APPLICATIONS / GRADING FORM
This form needs to completed 4 months before the event and submitted for the Event Grading, also the Chief Umpire needs to countersign and send the form to the 2K Association.
