This year, we returned to Ravenna for yet another splendid 2K Event in Tom28.

Despite the town having endured severe flooding, there was uncertainty about whether the event could proceed. However, the dedicated organizers went above and beyond to ensure its success.

Six teams gathered to compete over three days, blessed with remarkable sailing conditions. The field was strong, and three Round Robins were completed, featuring closely contested races.

Following the exhilarating first day of racing, the teams, organizers, and umpires indulged in a delightful Italian dinner in Ravenna’s enchanting old town.

As the last day of racing unfolded, the final participants remained uncertain until the very last match of the Round Robin. In the end, DMTRA triumphed by winning the first two races of the final against RTYC, securing their victory. Serpentine claimed an impressive third place.
