After an amazing 17 races in the most perfect of conditions Yacht Club Costa Smeralda holds the lead, with Bayerischer Yacht Club in a close second. In a new combination Costa Smeralda’s seasoned helm Antonio Sodo Migliori has teamed up with long time adversary DJ Korpershoek from the Netherlands. The UK’s Royal Yacht Squadron is in third followed by the the Royal Thames. The Host Club in their second year of 2K are in 5th. Another magic day looks to be in store on Saturday, and Sunday has a visit to the famous Vespucci as well as a lot more racing in one of Italy’s greatest venues.
